Transportation
The easiest way to reach Stoupa Beach is by car. From Kalamata, follow the coastal road south towards Areopoli. Stoupa is well-signposted. Alternatively, KTEL buses run from Kalamata to Stoupa, though the schedule may be limited, especially outside of peak season. Check the KTEL Lakonias website for the most up-to-date timetable. Once in Stoupa, the beach is easily accessible on foot.
